> E4473 is a fully digital, ATF-compliant solution for completing, signing, and storing ATF Form 4473 for Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). - [E4473 Cloud Storage](https://www.e4473.com/cloud-storage/): Paperless storage for completed 4473 forms. Encrypted digital retention for up to 20 years per ATF requirements (27 CFR 478.129). ## Features
- [360° Digital Experience](https://www.e4473.com/digital-experience/): End-to-end digital 4473 workflow — customer form completion, employee review, NICS submission, and record storage in one system. Eliminates manual entry and duplicate data.
- [Bulletproof Security](https://www.e4473.com/firearm-security/): Five-tier security protocol including verified-user authentication, end-to-end encryption (in transit and at rest), 24/7 threat monitoring, consumer privacy protection, and encrypted backup and recovery.
- [ATF Compliance](https://www.e4473.com/atf-compliance/): Built-in compliance with current ATF regulations. Includes the latest revised ATF Form 4473, automated field validation, required-field enforcement, and automated 3310.4/3310.12 reporting. E4473's legal and compliance team monitors ATF rulings and updates the platform proactively.
- [NICS Background Checks](https://www.e4473.com/nics-background-checks/): Integrated NICS submission directly from the completed digital 4473. Customer data auto-populates into the NICS form — no re-entry required. Real-time status updates (Proceed, Delayed, Denied). Included with every E4473 plan at no additional per-check fee. Also supports eNICS via Chrome extension.
## How It Works
The E4473 workflow has four steps:
1. Employee sends customer a link via text or prints a QR code
2. Customer completes the digital 4473 on their own device (phone, tablet, or kiosk) with built-in ATF instructions and smart field logic
3. Employee reviews the validated, error-checked form and submits the NICS background check directly from E4473
4. Completed form is automatically encrypted and stored in the cloud for up to 20 years
## Integration
- E4473 is a native integration with Bravo Point of Sale — not a third-party plugin
- When a firearm is identified for sale or redemption, Bravo prompts the employee to initiate the E4473 process
- Completed 4473 syncs back to Bravo POS automatically
- A&D Bound Book entries are automated and 100% compliant
- Works within Bravo's full ecosystem: pawn loans, retail sales, firearms compliance, eCommerce, inventory management, and customer marketing
